Addiction and Recovery, Sugar Addiction

I don’t have a sugar addiction, I just neeeeed sugar.  When I get anxious, I turn to sugar, and its everywhere. Although I don’t have other addictions like drinking or smoking, I need something. I tried exercise but how much exercise can you do. I tried praying but, but it doesn’t give me enough relief for anxiety over situations that I can’t do anything for. Anyone have any ideas?

  1. How about having a look around the radiantrecovery website and see what you think?

  2. Try niacin with meals. 100mg and then increase dosage. It helps curb your cravings
for sugar. Stay away from sugar substitutes and chow down on fresh fruit.
